You deserve a mood changing event today.
Nice upscale nail salon with relaxing music, large well upholstered chairs with built in therapeutic massage to soothe your body while you receive an expert pedicure, manicure, and other cosmetic and services.
The salon is very clean with hygienic rules, materials, masks, gloves, and sterile clean instruments, towels, water in soaking bowls.
You feel refreshed, relaxed, and confident when you leave.
I recommend the experience highly.

I had a great experience here and would visit again! It was quick and easy, I don't really like doing my nails at a salon because it's so boring (personally) and I'm not much of a talker when I'm trying to relax but my tech made it fast, easy, and painless. He even advised me on what colors to get for a wedding!

Love the atmosphere this nail salon provides. I feel like i'm in a semi outdoor garden with how the decor is set up. It's pretty relaxing during the weekday. I love how the bathroom is not cluttered with storage items. The staff are nice.
I've gotten gel manicure and regular pedicures here. There's about 7 pedicure options. I usually do the classic pedicure because I try to get one done during the work day. Ive tried the lavender and think it was okay. I wasn't wowed.
They offer beverages for a fee. $8.00 for wine.
Mask are a must.
Overall nice place. Check it out

I took a chance because of the reviews. I haven't been inside a salon since before March 2020 because I've been so nervous; my little guy is medically complex and I don't want to bring anything home to him.
This place was spacious on the inside, and it wasn't as busy as I thought it would be. I saw some reviews complaining about wait times so I made an appointment for 5pm, started at 510, pretty good. Phoebe did my manicure and brow wax. She did such a great job on my nails. She even gave me tips on how to shape my natural nail for less chance of breaking one.

Phoebe was phenomenal!! I honestly wasn't sure if I should write this review and give away the secret spot, but I feel like the people need to know! She is personable, precise, and has an artistic flair doing nails. The space is also great, tucked behind the building it's your own little oasis. Cute little bar behind the nail counter and I appreciated the Covid safety precautions. already looking forward to my next appointment!

Longest lasting pedicure I’ve had! I got my toes done there about a month ago before I went to NYC for three weeks. Even with walking several miles a day while I was on vacation my nails did not chip and STILL haven’t! Definitely will be coming back :)

I have tried a few nail salons in the Raleigh area and none of them lived up to my expectations until I found City Garden. I now drive from North Raleigh to get a manicure because it's good, lasts awhile & everyone I've worked with has been great. They serve wine, beer & mimosas too, which is always nice on a treat yourself day!

Okay first off it was a beautiful place but sadly I will not be going back. The work was great and turned out pretty but it wasn’t what I wanted. To start off I got a pedicure. I asked for two colors of gel polish Two! I wanted purple and white and got only white. Just wanted my toes done and chose the $20 package and got charged $32 plus $20 for gel polish….. ummm to me $52 for toes is crazy not to mention he cut into my toe a little. Okay off to the nails. This was my birthday/anniversary set. I had another nail picked out but was told they couldn’t do it okay fine I have a backup they

Came for a walk in at 12:30 on a Friday afternoon, and was told there was absolutely no time for a removal of gel polish because they had too many appointments coming in. It's literally gel removal....but okay.

I have been coming here for about 4 or 5 months now for pedicures. Everyone there is friendly and professional. I get the City Garden pedicure and I have to say I always embarrass myself because I fall asleep and start snoring! I really do enjoy coming here as my feet are in good hands (pun intended) and that is priceless to me (I even have an appointment today! I'm going on vacation soon so I think I'll get a manicure before I leave. I will update my review for sure when that is complete. Thank you City Garden Nail Bar for making me feel pampered and keeping my feet cute!

I know my nails are always going to be perfect when I leave and there are always many options for colors.
Their staff are all polite and make recommendations when you're not sure what you want. They are also very reasonable with pricing and charge you what they quote, which is very nice. Competitive for the triangle.
They have an extensive alcohol menu, including many seltzers and more wine options than just "red or white."
The massage chairs while getting a pedicure are fabulous. Half the fun

Many of us are committed to supporting our neighbors businesses and are willing to wait, drive extra miles, adjust our own work hours and tip generously. I received a reply from this business admitting that they are unable to book appointments online, but instead of offering an alternative- a rather unprofessional, long reply was posted asking that I not support the business.
I am glad that they have a method to serve their select clientele and do not need any new customers. The community will rally around the businesses that welcome support.

Went to City Garden Nail Bar for the first time this week. I was in town and needed a fill so I decided to give them a try. I was very impressed with the amount of detail that Phoebe put into doing my nails. She was very friendly and aimed to please all my requests. I love my nails! The shape is perfect and the design is one of my favorites. I will be going back for a fill in before I leave town!! While I was there I also got a deluxe pedicure and it was amazing!!

I'm so disappointed. I went back a 2nd time to make sure that my first time being disappointed wouldn't judge the quality of the entire salon but it's stressful spending $80+ and only having it last MAX 3 days. I was so excited because I absolutely enjoyed the color options but what's the point if the jobs not well done and on my FIRST day my toe nail chipped. I'm very unhappy because it was a great experience but the quality ended up being poor.

Very relaxing nail spa with friendly staff!... the kind lady explained different options (as I was unsure what to get) and I am more than satisfied!... I ended up getting SNS nails. Hopefully next time - I'll do a pedicure as well because those massage chairs looked so comfortable!
I'm visiting fromm DC but I do visit Apex every few months so I'm happy to know That i have a nail spot here! It's decorated nicely, clean, and good nail color selections. :)
