I have been working in Shear Magique for 10 years, from an assistant to Bumble and bumble Network Educator. My passion for teaching is something that inspires me daily. I have traveled to different hair shows and classes to further my love for hair color and my specialty, balayage. Something that is very important to me is the relationships I have built with my clients.
I enjoy getting to know each of their personalities and that is something that helps build an understanding between us. I understand what it means to give exceptional customer service so that clients walk away with the most amazing experience. After discussing my clients visions and lifestyles we decide on the best hair styles to go with.

Services
On the day of your appointment, please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment. We ask you give at least 24-48 hour notice if you should have to cancel an appointment.
Our products are about choice and attitude. Select products and wear them as your mood shifts from day to day, outfit to outfit, event to event, or season to season. Rather than feeling that you have to pile wax on top of creme on top of spray, as editorial stylists do out of necessity, get to know each product individually first.
Lisa and Ashley have both done a beautiful job on my hair. Lisa has a great eye for the coloring of my hair using the best Italian hair products that are safe. Ashley does marvelous with makeup and hair extensions. Everyone at Shear Magique is friendly, helpful and respectful. I always look forward to my hair appointments at Shear Magique.

I was recommended to bella by my mother and at first I was skeptical but after how happy she was i figured i’d give it a try. she worked on my dreadlocks and they look amazing, they were so matted and so frizzy before I came in,it’s like night and day. Definitely coming back when i need a retwist

Today was my first time at the salon and Tara did a great job giving me the cut and hairstyle a wanted!
My hair was long and damaged and she cut me the perfect bob! I am in love.
Their customer service, employees, atmosphere and everything is flawless.
I already booked my next appointment and cannot wait to be back.

Jen did an amazing job on my hair, it came out fabulously and I feel ready to take on 2020 with confidence. She did a rose gold ombré and it came out better than I ever would have imagined. She is also very kind and considerate and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. Great place, fabulous stylist, beautiful hair!

We selected Shear Magique because a salon we were familiar with was unavailable. I must say we feel so lucky that we had the opportunity to work with them! Leading up to our wedding day the salon owner Lenore was responsive and patient as our wedding party decided what services they wanted. The options they provided allowed our family and friends to choose the level of 'do they wanted and the pricing structure was clear so nobody was surprised on the morning of the event. I scheduled a trial run and could tell that my stylist Tara was creative, conscientious and was really listening to my vision

I don't write reviews often, but I was very impressed today. I have a fear of getting my hair cut, I'm very particular, and it takes a lot to feel comfortable when someone is snipping hair around my ears.
The same hair stylist had been cutting my hair for 25 years, but recently left the East Coast, leaving me stranded (pun intended). He recommended Dominick as his trusted replacement.
My experience today was stellar. I was warmly greeted when arriving at Shear Magique. Offered coffee and was met by Dominick on time. He listened to my requests, made sure he understood what I wanted, and was incredible

When I first met Jess I was in a panic because another salon colored my hair and I looked like someone dumped a bucket of red food dye on my head! Jess was so accommodating and sweet! She fixed the damage and my hair looked better than I've seen in my life! I have been going to her for about 2 years and will not go anywhere else. Jess is an excellent colorist and hairstylist!

Ask for Nicole- she is amazing- I've been to many hairdressers and she is the only one I've had who listens to what you I am saying: If I want one inch off, she will cut only one inch; if I want to go lighter or darker, she asks many questions to give me the precise color I envision. At the same time, she is not shy about expressing her opinion. If I ask for a color or style she thinks will not suit or is too difficult for me to maintain at home, she will tell me so - and diplomatically.

I was in the area today visiting relatives and desperately need to get my hair done. I found this salon on yelp and decided to take a chance. I'm so happy I did. They were very professional. The salon is really clean and modern. It's always nice when you take a chance on something new and it turns out to be a good experience. I highly recommend them.
