Critical: Professionalism
I called to make an appointment with Gabriela. I was quoted a definitive price and when I called back to confirm my appointment I was then told I was in fact given a wrong price. I was obviously and rightfully upset. I did cancel my appointment. However, I thought it over and decided to call back giving them the benefit of the doubt for making the admitted mistake. I was told "Gabriella said that this would not be a good fit and you should go elsewhere". In essence, she was punishing me for her mistake. This is a business owner promoting new clients?? I THINK

I am extremely happy with my experience here ! I am always hesitant to try a new salon and I waited a long time (maybe a little too long ) to schedule a haircut.
Gabriella was excellent. The cut I asked for was exactly what I received. The entire staff was very friendly and talkative. I will definitely be back for another cut !
The salon itself was very inviting despite COVID protocols in place.

Great experience my first time at GC Hair & Co! I recently moved to Rockland and was very nervous about going somewhere new (especially during a pandemic!). Gabriella immediately put me at ease with her sweet demeanor and desire to hear what I was looking for. Gabriella was very easy to chat with and did a great job on my hair. I am looking forward to returning!

I go here to get my lashes done by Robin and I absolutely love how they come out every time I get them done. Everyone at this salon is so nice and Robin is the only person I trust with my lashes. She really cares about you as the client and your lash health which is very important when getting lash extensions. Highly recommend!!

Gabriella is a total professional at what she does.
