We are open seven days a week, every day of the year. You will find new and used items and all at bargain prices! Spend the day with us, enjoy our Spanish music and food provided throughout the grounds. Monday thru Friday, all the parking lots are full with sales. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.
Bugs everywhere they did nothing about it.
Bed sheets were dirty when I arrived and I marked it to checked to see if they changed the sheets which they didn't. Had to make them change them, stole my bags of items and.lied about it. Lack of toilet paper & towels , and when they mopped the dead bugs were left behind.. Breakfast isnt even an option but it has promises of free breakfast. The wifi is horriblr it kept buffering.
I would find a different hotel to be honest

Got a room with spa tub, had to clean it first...after filling for 45 minutes just to get above jets, turned them on and immediately there were dead bugs floating in the water and it smelled like sewage. Some shady folk lingering in the pool area, as well as children running around upstairs in the room above and stomping about. I am disgusted and disappointed. Got this room specifically for the spa tub. What a waste and ruined the evening for my wife and I. Couldn't wait to leave. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Misleading pics and amenities on website, don't fall for it.!!!

Beautiful outside appearance. Large spacious rooms. Very clean. Microwave and fridge.. Beds need an update, ours, Memory Foam dipping in middle but brothers was nice and firm. Air Conditioning very efficient. Ceiling fans make a nice addition for comfort. Pool small for the number of occupants. Area clean but pool water needing better upkeep. No Continental Breakfast warranting loer price point

Payed for 2 nights and Checked in and with in an hour i was about to get my kids to shower and was doing the bed and there was a bed bug and it wasn’t dead (i have proof)i called they said they would give me another room i asked to get my refund and i only got a refund for one night!!! I was literally there 1 hr!!!!! WORST PLACE!!!

I regret so much renting a room from this hotel . When i went to the front desk i asked the lady if the room was clean , I even asked for clean bed sheets . All of that to still wake up at 4 in the morning to a disgusting and sickening thing, i had bed bugs crawling on my arm !!!!! And bed bug bites on my legs. The worst part was that my kids were asleep on the other bed , i was so worried at the same time disgusted by the situation. I confronted the lady at receptionist office and all she did was offer me another room, not even for free i would ever go back to that disgusting place.

The people running this place are the worst. I know of a company who rents a room there on a month to month basis and even uses the companies' own beds yet they still behave very rudely with them. This company is probably their best customer yet they refuse to provide the employees with extra room keys, they flat out tell them that they aren't allowed to eat the breakfast there and even get into arguments over this. They know nothing about customer service and are completely unprofessional. I'm sure they gladly take the payments though without complaining. They all live upstairs so they're constantly

Been there many times before. Just getting worse and worse. 1. Door handle came off needed to get pliers to open door 2. AC didn't work. 3. Fridge didnt work 4. Exposed wiring on electrical plug 5. Pillows and comforters all stained. 6. Lock to door didnt work maid just walked in on us. 7. Toilet stoped up and they told me to wait till morning to get plunger since she did not want to leave office. 8. Room filthy.
