From the outside, the restaurant is very inviting and welcoming. Inside was much of the same. It was clean and the staff were friendly!
We ordered a combo, a salmon plate, kid’ ribs and a kid’s brisket, so a little bit of everything Bubba’s had to offer…
The meats were totally dry, tough and flavorless. The chili was also bland. Other than my daughter enjoying the ribs, the toast was our favorite part of the meal. Eighty dollars to enjoy four pieces of toast seems a bit excessive to me.

The worst Bbq I have ever had. I had the brisket, it had no flavor what so ever. The coleslaw was awful. My husband had the chicken and ribs. The chicken was like saw dust, and my husband said they were the worst ribs he had ever had. And he also thought the coleslaw was terrible. Don't waste your money!!

Went to Bubba's twice in one day 😃Both meals were really good but if I were to come back I'd pick breakfast to come for. Chicken fried steak with grits for me and Haystack for him. Supper we split the large combo and added a 1/2 pound of burnt ends that were on special. Both meals more food than we could eat. The Bbq meats were made really well, just missing the smokey flavor you usually get with bbq.

The wait was very long so I decided to order my food to go. I promptly ordered and paid. Justin was very courteous and kind. I was very tired from driving.
I also ordered a salad bar. The salad bar was well stocked and had a brilliant variety of choices. Choices that included a plethora of mixed salads. There was a variety of dressings that appeared freshly made.
The ribs were average at best. I received the wrong sides but they comped me on a plate the next day. The barbecue pork was also average. Cole slaw average.

Thought the ribs were very good..the sauce on the ribs was good too. The sauce on the table was more of a mustard flavored sauce..good but not great. Nthe brisket was good but could of done with a few more hours on the pit. Beans were excellent. Coleslaw is a pass. The salad bar is a 9 out of 10. The people working here are very nice too. Worth a stop.

Stopped in Cody for the night & asked where to find some good BBQ. Bubba's was suggested and it did not disappoint at all. The menu selection was great. We were so excited to enjoy a full salad bar with yummy options. The BIG BBQ platter was HUGE with three sides. Everything was delicious and our server, Andrew was EXCELLENT!!!

First good sign: hickory on pallets out back. Second: busy at 630 on a Thursday. Really nice table sauce: more vinegar than sweet, with a hint of smoke (but there are evidently five available). Good choices: ribs, pulled pork, brisket etc. Garlic bread clashes a little with the Q but still pretty impressed.

This is right off the Yellowstone Ave in Cody, Wy. There is plenty of parking outside the restaurant. The restaurant is very cute. We were seated immediately. The restaurant is doing a good job following COVID guidance by having all the servers wear masks and separating groups with a table in between each one. We had a late dinner here after checking into a nearby hotel. Misty was an awesome waitress! She really hustled and was very friendly.
Unfortunately their famous salad bar was closed because of Covid. I ordered their house salad and a bowl of beef stew. Hubby got ribs and chicken with baked beans, garlic toast, steamed veggies and fries. We were too full for dessert (pies/ice cream/bread pudding). Maybe next time!

Stopped in for our first breakfast here and are so happy we did... we'll definitely go back! Our server was attentive, courteous, and knew her menu well. The restaurant was clean and cozy. And the food was fantastic! I had a custom omelette and it came out perfect, something that doesn't happen for me very often if ever, with hash browns and the best tasting biscuit I remember ever having. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Bubba's Bar-B-Que is a convenient stop if you traveling between Yellowstone and Mount Rushmore. I stopped for a late lunch. The wood interior and predominately padded both style seating adds to a casual family dining experience. The restaurant practices indoor social distancing with patrons occupying every other table. You can give the restaurant a call and they will give a time slot. Show up and you will be seated in a short period of time.

After a very long wonderful day at Yellowstone Park we finally got to our hotel and found out all the restaurants were closed in the town we're staying in. We drove 20 minutes to Coty, WY.
We stopped at the 1st place we found on Yelp.
There was a long line at check in so we waited outside. The 1st thing I noticed was the servers weren't wearing masks but it appeared every other table was empty. Could have been that it was 8 pm when we got there.

This casual restaurant serves good bbq. The portions are large. The service was good.
We ordered a combo platter of pork ribs and
chicken. Each platter comes with 3 sides and
garlic toast. I chose potato salad, cole slaw and
baked beans. I am a big eater and could not
finish my entree. The ribs were tender and the
chicken was moist. They serve all the usual bbq
meats and plenty of sides to satisfy everyone's
appetite.
They are open for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
Most seating is booth style with padded seats.
The seats and floors were clean.
