Geof was the builder of the home we purchased in 2008 in Coyote Creek in Tabernash, Colorado. The home was nearing completion and needing plumbing, appliances, carpeting, painting and finish woodwork. We had a number of upgrades and changes and found Geof to be extremely cooperative and easy to work with.
Within a year we contracted Geof to move one window and add another to improve the living room view. Geof designed and completed the project to our complete satisfaction at a reasonable cost. The new windows greatly enhanced the house. This year we contracted with Geof to complete a finished walkout basement.

We had been trying to build a house for 3 years and quite frankly had an issue with the previous builder. They excavated the land incorrectly and when they started to pour the foundation it created an issue that stopped us in our tracks. After contacting Geof he was able to rectify the excavation situation because they have their own equipment and do this vs farming it out.
They fixed the issue and we were able to proceed. The best thing we did was let Rondeau take over the project. They were very fair and understanding as the company we were using completely bailed and would not help in anyway
