It's bad enough to suffer the loss of a loved one, then to endure this mediocracy. Please refrain from using their services. I will never use them again, if I could give no stars that would be much better. It was a single moment in time, wich can never be replaced, changed, or made better! Keep that in mind when you entrust a florist 600 miles away. 1st pic is what I ordered, 2nd pic is what was delivered.

I am so disappointed and sad that a florist that has been around for 20 years would treat a customer so badly. We ordered this for a funeral and were highly disappointed in what they sent to us.
First the reason why we ordered the arrangement was because it had carnations in it, as the person whom passed away loved pink carnations. However Cheryl at Bloom Floral Designs decided they were not going to include these flowers as they were "tacky" and "their other customers did not like them" and "carnations are a cheap flower" We asked if they had the carnations

My kids from Canada placed an order to have flowers delivered to me for Mother's Day. Once I received the flowers, I took a picture to show the kids. My daughter was a bit upset because the picture was not what she thought she ordered. She called and left a message for a return call but no one responded to her. Very disappointing!

Bought a flower arrangement a week in advance to my wife's birthday and asked them to be delivered the day before. The flowers did not show up so I emailed them the next day and they said the reason they did not deliver is because they called twice to arrange delivery but never heard back from my wife. This was very surprising to me because I left my phone number as a contact and never received a call at all, also I specifically noted that the delivery should be left at the front door. They said they would take care of it right away and again the flowers were nowhere to be found. I called in this

Since I live long distance I’ve always called Bloom directly to support small businesses. Now I wonder what all those bouquets to my sister looked like since I was able to see them in person at her funeral this week. The spray that cost $200. was sparse and some of the flowers were wilted on the day of delivery. I wish I would have taken a picture. I was so disappointed and embarrassed. Others also commented on the sad shape the bouquets were. I contacted the shop immediately thinking they might send someone to fix things but all I got was an apology note. Bloom has lost my business forever.

Used for my wedding and was so disappointed with the quality and also the fact that there was greenery/flowers used that I specifically said that did not want. Flowers wilted so quickly and some of the corsages had brown/dry spots on them from the moment we received them. This experience obviously didn't ruin my whole day but it was a waste of time meeting beforehand to go over details and definitely a waste of money for what we got.
