Unique in style, voice, and approach, each of our instructors embodies the overall aim of yoga unifying them in purpose and intention. Ready to recommend one other, you'll quickly realize the deep sense of connection and community the teachers tend to inspire. Whether a student has come for body, soul, or mind, they'll eventually find the three categories blending together, revealing a sense of wholeness and fullness to their life.

I googled yoga studios near me and found this 5 star live and let liv yoga studio. I signed up for a 7:00am drop in class. I woke up the next morning at 6am, sun doesn’t rise until 7:35am at this time of year, I drove to the address that was listed on Google, it’s also the same address on their website, I showed up saw no one and no yoga studio at the address listed on their website. Dark, alone, confused and concerned for my safety being in a industrial area all alone in the dark, I tried calling the number listed on the confirmation email I was sent after I purchased a drop in class and the

Went to a class here mainly for flexibility and recover from injury. Within the first week I was noticing a big difference and was immediately amazed from the effects. Not only physically but mentally makes me feel so damn good. Definitely needed this place in my life. Wish I would have went sooner! Everyone from teachers to students are positive and bring awesome energy! Steph, Timbrel, Kristen, and Ash are amazing teachers, love all of them and their classes! Highly recommend coming here :)

The teachers are so good, the classes always start on time, the classes are always adapted to your needs, and I always fell about 11 million times better when I leave. I love going here. I would highly recommend the gentle vinyasa, and the stress management classes, as well as the vinyasa class, although that one is way harder.

Live and Let Liv is a wonderful yoga studio. As a new student, I was warmly welcomed and encouraged. The teachers are fantastic; I love attending Stephanie's classes. The studio is clean, beautiful, and relaxing with the amazing elephant mural on the all. Only positives for the classes, environment, and yogis!

I love this studio!! All the instructors are so incredibly sweet-- I was a complete novice coming in and took one Hot Yoga class, and I was hooked. I got the New Student Special they had, and have been coming several times a week for the past month. I've learned a ton, improved by leaps and bounds already, and developed a new love for another way to celebrate what I can do with my body. Timbrel and Stephanie have been especially supportive and I look forward to seeing them with every class! And I'm so excited to see where I can take my new practice from its baby stages!

This is an amazing and wonderful yoga studio! I was visiting in Killeen in February and March and was experiencing an episode of sciatica pain, so I found this studio online and went to classes about 3-4 times a week for 5 weeks. The instructors and other yogis were very welcoming and the classes really helped me through the sciatica issue! I immediately felt like part of their yoga community and really enjoyed going to the classes. The instructors were very good at explaining all the poses and making sure you do them correctly. And, I loved the very relaxing and special touch of essential

After getting some bad news bout my 10 yr sons health, he and I signed up for private lessons with Timbrel. She is so amazing!! In addition to teaching us exercises to strengthen and lengthen, she's motivated me to get back into exercising. The classes offered here range significantly and there is something for everyone. All of the instructors that I've met so far are knowledgeable and patient. If you're looking for somewhere to get started, or if you already have experience, this is the place for you!!

New to yoga? No problem. Come as an experienced yogi or beginner to Live and Let liv Yoga. Here you will find a welcoming atmosphere providing basic instruction and gentle classes to more advanced Vinyasa flow classes and even inversions. Vinyasa is a playful flow, likewise you will hear some laugher and playfulness during some of these classes!

Went here while visiting Killeen and had a very nice experience. Great yoga studio with very friendly staff and the studio is spacious and clean. The first class was free and then single classes are very reasonably priced thereafter.
I agree with another review that there was a lot of chatter during class, specifically when holding poses, which was a very different experience for me. I have been practicing for about 5 years and consider my practice to be a time of reflection and meditation and we should save chatter (about tv shows and what your doing later) for before or after class. However

Pros:
- relatively inexpensive
- friendly people
- clean
- easy parking
Cons:
- most of times classes do not start on time because instructors wait for late comers, which I think is inconsiderate to people who take an extra measure to show up on time
- Too much chit chatting before and during yoga, which the instructors seem to endorse. Sometimes, the chit chatting/giggling gets way out of control and very agitating to people who are trying to cultivate inner peace through yoga.
Bottom line:
All things considered, I would recommend Let and Let Liv if you casually want to try yoga. On

Love this studio. Love their website and the instructors are on point with varying levels, through explanations of poses. It is very clean and everyone is friendly. I like they offer a variety of payment options to suit individual needs. Yes, they close the door during class and I wouldn't want it any other way. You pay for your zen time not for drop in inquires. Good job owners taking care of your yogis

Noted updated July2015:
The yoga studio has been in Killeen since Jan 2014. It has been declared the "Best Yoga Studio and Alternative Exercise" according to the Daily Herald. It is the only true Yoga studio in Killeen as the nearest studio is in Temple. You may find other yoga classes at community centers and mixed with gyms.
Prices are very cheap compared to typical studio prices: $75/month unlimited classes for a year contract (or $85/month for a month-to-month). Drop in classes are $13. You can buy a 5 class pass for $60 or a 10 class pass for $100.

This place is a hidden gem! Beautiful and new yoga studio with a good array of classes. They even offer prenatal yoga, yoga with your baby (not sure how that works?) and yoga with your toddler! If you are new to yoga, Hatha yoga is a great place to start. Or if you enjoy the pain and heat, you can try the hot yoga!
I saw online they offer a free yoga class for military as well! Impressive for Killeen! Even in huge cities I have not seen these types of classes offered.
