Services
Our instructors come from diverse backgrounds and bring with them training and expertise in many areas of Health and Wellness. Each instructor choreographs a particular series of breath work and movement for each class, so you'll never get the same class twice. Many of our classes are accessible to beginners and advanced practitioners alike; however, we invite students to select the class that best meets their needs.
With thousands of hours of training and years of experience in diverse areas of yoga, health, and wellness, shine yoga teachers are ready to meet you wherever you are in your practice. Being open to new adventures and trusting her heart has ultimately lead Ginger to her life's true path. Ginger started working in water ski shows at the age of 12.
Join us for one of our free community events or specialized workshops which are offered to give students an opportunity to explore techniques in more depth and to challenge themselves. Workshops are for all levels. This workshop is designed for people of all ages and backgrounds to learn acroyoga. Acroyoga is a lot of fun and accessible to everyone.
