We had Max and his team cook up a platter-style feast for around 20+ guests, complete with bartending service. The meal was delicious! Our favorites were the bruschetta, stuffed mushrooms, duck, and asparagus. Jasmine's cocktail menu was also tasty and extremely well received. Moreover, they were all very friendly and professional, and struck up conversations with all of our guests.

We recently hired Chef Max and team to provide catering for my daughters bridal shower. I cannot say enough about the quality of the food he prepared and the excellent service he provided. My first contact with him several months from the shower date was great. I shared my vision of having horderves passed throughout the shower. He made great suggestions and worked with me to provide a balanced menu. The food was prepared in my kitchen and his art became a major part of the shower. Everything was fresh and delightful and plentiful.

This guy is amazing!!! Cannot recommend him enough. His sous chef was also super amazing. They arrived early and completely prepared.
I had organized a surprise birthday for my boyfriend and a few of our close friends. We had a few food restrictions witch Max made sure to abide by. He also was super friendly and engaging with our friends while cooking.
The food was absolutely amazing. Not sure which course was my favorite! I was a bit hesitant about having a chef versus going out to dinner, but This was so much better than any restaurant.

The best part of the evening with Max is that he showed up on time. Food service started within an hour of arrival and the presentation was ok at best, no utensils provided, and unfortunately the food tasted much worse than it looked. It was not fresh or prepared by Max, this was all definitely frozen food from Costco. We hoped for a better dinner as the steaks were being cooked in the house. Max came and asked our preference of temperature, medium rare for the filets. The steaks came out well done and charred for everyone, quality was horrible to say the best about it. Max was the best! I've always wanted a personal chef to come to my home and I was sure glad I found Max for my wedding anniversary! From day one, he was very prompt with his response and communicated really well and really fast! His prices are definitely reasonable! When he came over, he was very talkative and personable ! It felt like talking to a friend! I loved how he wore a mask and gloves the whole time! And he was dressed up nice!! His food made me want to barf.... Because I ate so much because it was so good! He suggested a menu and we set a date. He validated the date and time, the menu, and was flexible when I asked for a different meat option.

The experience and food was AMAZING!!!! He was so warm and personable. We licked the plate for or every course we had. He was so open about his cooking style, recipes, and just a really awesome person. We didn't have to lift a finger from the moment he arrived until we were done eating-- did the clean up and dishes too! We will be inviting over for another experience soon! Thank you, Chef!

All I can say is WOW. I was looking for something to make my wife's 40th birthday special and memorable and contacting The Notorious Chef was the best thing I could have done. We had a total of 8 people and went with a three course meal and bar tending services. We started with Max's famous bruschetta, which went so quickly I didn't get a picture. We then had wedge salads with blue cheese. The pièce de résistance was an 8oz filet mignon with lobster tail, served with mashed potatoes and carrots. Everything was cooked to absolute perfection. If you're looking for an amazing dining experience, look no further than The Notorious Chef! My husband has really missed the dine-in experience and since we have a toddler we haven't ventured out to restaurants with her since they've reopened. I wanted to do something special for his birthday and with only a few days notice Max easily put together a great evening home for the three of us. We had a delicious four course meal all made fresh and served just like in a restaurant, but in the privacy of our own home. The food was so good, we especially loved Max's special bruschetta

We hired Max to cook for us on our anniversary and I can say it was the best choice we made! We were able to be home and enjoy some drinks while we had the most amazing food. He made us Bruschetta which for both of us (and the neighbors since we had so much we shared later) it was the best bruschetta we have EVER had. Over the top delicious so we knew the rest of the food would exceed our expectations. Next we had a blue cheese wedge salad. When he brought out the first one we thought we were sharing being it was so huge. But nope there was another and it was bomb! Then we had salmon, mashed potatoes

I can't say enough about how happy I was to have hired this company to cater our work lunch party. My team was surprised at the quality of food that the Chef has prepared. The way everything was seasoned, the chicken especially was a super big hit with everyone.

A friend of mine recommended this company. I remembered having the most amazing bruschetta at her engagement party and knew that I wanted that made for my own birthday party. He submitted a proposal to me which I was happy with that featured a four course feast with that same bruschetta, a creamy tomato basil soup, a crispy cajun spiced salmon with the skin. He made some fancy mashed potatoes that were full of delicious rosemary flavor and some kind of caramelized carrots. The last thing he prepared for us was the lemon tarts. Oh man they were delicious. It was a very memorable night.
