Founded in 2014 by two best friends, Fresh Cut Catering was created out of need for wanting to offer healthier cuisines for your everyday meals by working with local growers and bakeries to incorporate healthier alternative ingredients such as: leaner meats, fresher vegetables, whole wheat, and low sodium products.
Located in Chino, CA, Kristina and Sheena started catering to the local community. Catering to small events such as: birthdays, anniversaries and baby showers. As their passion grew stronger and stronger and their desire to grow their company, Kristina and Sheena quit their corporate jobs to pursuit catering full-time in 2017.

Choose 2 entrees, 2 sides, 1 salad, and 2 drink options. Includes stainless steel chafing dishes, serving utensils, drink dispensers, disposable cups, premium (disposable or chinaware) plates, utensils, napkins, and setup/pickup. Includes dinner rolls with butter, choice of 1 salad, choice of 2 entrees, 2 sides, water, coffee, and professional wait staff for setup/clean-up.
Includes assorted muffins, breakfast pastries, fruit salad, serving utensils, disposable plates, napkins, and bottled orange juice. All traditional breakfast buffets include eggs, bacon and/or sausage, breakfast potatoes, fresh fruit salad, orange juice, serving utensils for buffet, premium plates, napkins, utensils, cups, disposable chafing dishes/sternos and setup/cleanup.

We have used Fresh Cut for several events, and let me just say that we have NEVER been disappointed. Everything about these two women exemplifies professionalism and taste! We booked Fresh Cut Catering for a brunch event we had for my son’s first communion. From the first phone call, Kristina was very helpful and provided different ideas. Communication with Fresh Cut Catering was easy and I always received a response within in five minutes, and trust me I had a lot of questions. The day of the event, they were on time and got straight to setting up. I wanted to make sure everything was set up before our guest arrived, and of course they made that happen. The set up was so beautiful, I am still looking at pictures. The food was delicious. They made my back yard bar

Unfortunately, the expectations my husband and I had for Fresh Cut Catering for our wedding this November fell short.
1. The food from the taste test tasted completely different from the food at the wedding. We ordered lemon herb chicken and it was so DRY at the wedding, multiple guests could not even finish it. We asked for rice pilaf and pineapple fried rice. The rice was neither of the 2 and looked like mashed potatoes.
2. Kristina and Sheena miscalculated the amount food served for my guests. The total amount of guests given beforehand was 175. I had at least 10-15 guests not show up. Out

This team was amazing! From the tasting we did for our wedding to the day of event! They were on top of it every second, communicating about details and gave us plenty of food options. Customer service was great. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the food. The beans and rice tasted BLAND and the chicken enchiladas were DRY & tasteless. Hard to say if this was partially our fault for not tasting the food but come on...this just wasnt acceptable. Also, we had tea and lemonade served as refreshments but were disappointed to find out that the tea being served was Arizona tea & the lemonade was First Street brand lemonade... really?!?! If I would have known, I wouldn't have added that to our menu. The food was so bad our guest didnt even take any of it home

Hire Fresh Cut Catering for your event! My office recently had an event. Invited a whole bunch of people from the community and we needed a caterer ASAP. Kristina at Fresh Cut Catering was attentive and responsive to all our needs. We told her what we wanted and she curated the perfect menu for our event.

Fresh Cut catering far exceeded any expectations I may have had. The food was beautiful and tasted spectacular. Food was delivered on time and with huge smiles and presented in a way that made our mouths water. The pricing and how they worked with us to achieve a great menu was the best experience I have ever had with a catering company in the Los Angeles area!!! I highly recommend them!!!
