I love Citron fashions so I tried shopping the online Citron store. I ordered what appeared to be a lovely shirt, only to find when it arrived that it was quite a different color from the photo and had a completely different positioning of the pattern, which made it a completely different garment (and a rather unattractive one, at that).
I emailed them, got a return authorization, and sent it back at my own expense for what they said would be a 'total' refund. Three weeks and several inquiring emails later, I finally got a partial refund (the original shipping charge for this defective

Received a very expensive blouse and wanted to "exchange" it for a different size. No one will answer the phone at the "customer service" number and have left 3 messages and emails with NO response. The other number is a woman who was not very nice and told me to call back because she was busy. Called back and keep getting a recording.
