Medical Pharmacy, Inc. is a family-owned professional pharmacy that has served the Zachary, Louisiana community since 1968. We utilize the most current technology to maintain your profile and screen for drug interactions when we fill your prescriptions, while continuing to provide old-fashioned, personal service.

We also offer many convenient services such as a drive-thru window and free local delivery in the Zachary and Baker areas. Our second location, Medical Pharmacy West was opened in 2005. It is the mission of Medical Pharmacy, Inc. to provide patients with the best service possible, along with offering quality products.

John LeTard founded Medical Pharmacy, Inc. in Zachary in November of 1968. He was a 1963 graduate of the Northeast University (now the University of Louisiana at Monroe), with a Bachelor of Science degree. Upon graduation, he entered the military and served in Medical Service Corp, 4th Army. 1964 through 1966.

Medical Pharmacy, Inc. has two locations in Zachary to serve our customers. Healthcare Services is next to Lane Regional Medical Center at 4965 W. Park Drive and Medical Pharmacy West is next to Rouses Market at 2250 Church Street. Both locations are open Monday thru Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, and always enjoy helping you with all of your health care needs.

My family has been doing business with them for over 40 years. They used to be the best. After Mr Jonnie passed everything started changing.😥 The only thing that kept me using them was Jock. Then he left and they have gone down hill fast. I would drive too BR before I would ever use them again !

Very helpful Pharmacy will go out of their way to get you what you need and will transfer your prescriptions there no problem

Friendly people we have been doing business there for over 20 years. The are helpful will answer questions and tell you if they make otc meds that are equal to you prescription and may cost a little less.

Better count every pill BEFORE you leave. They short everything all the time! Especially controlled substances. I think an employee has a serious drug problem there.

Having only used Walgreens in Zachary, we were frustrated with the inconsistent service and long wait times and asked some long-time residents were they had prescriptions filled. Medical Pharmacy came highly recommended and we have yet to be let down by them. These guys have great service and reasonable wait times.

I love this pharmacy! The staff are very friendly and courteous to their customers and are extremely productive in getting the job done. I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes for my prescription - and that in itself is worth 5 stars (to me). I can't go ANYWHERE and get good quality service in just 5 minutes.
