Switched from h&w due to the pharmacist at h& w will not sell anything but grams of flower and is always out of stock, love willow pharmacy, clean, staff very friendly, it's quite a bit of distance to travel but worth it, has all products in stock and staff doesn't have attitude

We changed our pharmacy from H & W to Willow due to the awful crime, car jacking, murder driving through the City.
The staff is absolutely the best.
I hope that you are set up to handle the rush when the Flowers come in.
Next the prices are way over the top.
Overall I had a nice experience.

It's such a professional environment, it was my 1st time and I felt weird but the lady at the front was a super star, and the pharmacist was amazing at matching my diagnosis with the product that would work best for me. I have enjoyed the less pain and more sleep.

Great people that work there. They're very professional and take their work seriously and take pride in what they do and how they interact with people. Any questions I had, they answered them and in a way I could understand. It's always a quick visit. Hardly ever have to wait unlike other pharmacies where you could be waiting 20-30 min. Very nice people and their service is amazing!!!!

I have been a client of Willow Pharmacy since June 2020. My experience have always been discreet, pleasant, and positive. The staff are well informed and professional, yet personable and friendly. The showroom/waiting room is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with literature and the pharmacy’s CBD offerings. I have recommended Willow to many people and gladly will continue to do so.
