Holding dual licenses, Dr. Carter also offers telemental health services statewide in California and Hawaii. Parent coaching can be offered nationally and does not constitute a therapeutic relationship.

Dr. Carter has almost two decades of experience working directly with parents in creating change within their homes and children. Dr. Carter's approach to parent training mirrors his therapeutic work in that he works with parents from a place of their strengths and expertise of their family. As parents, there are already so many things that you are doing well and we want to highlight and build on those strengths.
I had the pleasure of working with and supervising Dr. Carter for several years. I have an in depth perspective of how he works with clients.
