We are a state-licensed home health agency providing personal aide services to our neighbors in the Florida counties of Orange, Osceola, Seminole, and Brevard. After more than a decade of home health experience, our founders started Promise Home Care to make an agency that meets a higher standard. Don't use this agency, or whatever they are. Not a good representation of healthcare. I have had an experience that will make you cringe. Please check with BBB regarding membership....The team is all about themselves, rather than the patient. Be Careful Here. When you look at their 5.0 rating, it is an automated system.. They pay for artificial intelligence software systems to record ratings.

Andrea, the director of the agency, was in touch with me within the hour. She gave me support and advice. She attended meetings with Hospice to advocate for me and my mother. She has helped me in accomplishing my mother's move to her current residency, as well as providing competent, caring, compassionate, companions for my mother.

Andrea Arjona is an amazing woman with a big heart, a sense of humor and an amazing work ethic! and patience beyond belief! Andrea has found CNAs (certified nursing assistant) to assist my father who is now 91 years old. This is not an easy task! Andrea has spent time understanding who my father is and needs in terms of a caretaker and then of course the unspoken and hidden needs of his wife. It's complicated trust me. She works tirelessly to find the right match and if it doesn't work goes right back to the "drawing board" to figure out what didn't work and the personality traits needed to find
