Steve and team are the best. I would have never considered an insurance broker if it weren’t for a friend recommending Steve. He has seen our family of five through the highs and lows of three teenage drivers, a new home purchase, and a rough summer of all three cars being in an accident! Steve H. was of great help when looking for home insurance options. He was able to get most of the home details accurately by researching a lot of information regarding my home and was able to fill out the forms beforehand without me having to know and reiterate all the details of the home. I really appreciated this as it is quite time consuming to enter all these details in every website.
Steve provided us with three different quotes explaining the pros and cons of each one. He was very responsive and courteous which is another quality I appreciated.

Steve is so personable and professional. He stopped during the process frequently to make sure I understood what was going on, as I had no idea really what coverages meant what! He asked questions so he could tailor my policy to what I need! I also put immense pressure on him to get it done for me in a very short period of time, which I greatly appreciated him doing. Steve is a trustworthy guy. I ended up switching out of Progressive and to SAFECO after a bad experience following hail damage. I'm paying a little more now, but I have a lot more coverage. Steve was careful not to sell me anything that might come back to haunt me, like "cash value" instead of "replacement cost" coverage.
