I am new to business insurance issues, and had a lot of questions for him; Brian spent more than an hour talking to me on the phone during that first call, going over the basics, asking about my company, answering specific questions, and was always considerate and thoughtful. After discussing what my company's needs were, my premium ended up being fairly reasonable; I believe that Brian saved me money by not trying to sell me insurance that
