I have been a loyal customer of Millenium Nail and Day Spa for almost 7 years. I am very disappointed in their new policy, charging you $20 when you make an appointment! I have never missed an appointment without giving them at least 2 or 3 days notice. Not only that, I generally tip 25 - 33% for the service. Yes, they apply the $20 to your bill, but when you make several appointments at a time, like I do, you are carrying $40 or more on your credit card for a MONTH or more! That is unacceptable. I’m giving my stylists 5 stars; Millenium management is getting 1. I do not appreciate being treated

Save yourself the hassel and don't buy any hair products here. I went here to buy morrocan oil shampoo and conditioner because Millennium Bannerman was listed on the morrocan oil website. So I thought, Millenium is a good establishment and plus I have had a good experience here before so why not. I went in yesterday and bought a morrocan oil shampoo and conditioner set. I had my toddler with me so I didn't check the product because I thought, this is millenium they are highly rated surely they know what they are doing....welp apparently they have no clue how

I have not seen such an unprofessional attitude and service . Sydney was extremely rude . I would never want to talk to this person again . I was here on time for an appointment and they took me 10
Min late or more for an appointment which I am ok with . However my mom is 10 min late for her appointment and they cancelled her appointment and Tatiana the hair dresser has already gone she said and there is no grace period at millennium . There has to be some level of professional behavior and attitude here they r in customer service . People come to them to relax not to stress out . My experience

I used the texting appointment line to set and confirm an appointment last week. I’ve used that line in the past several times with no issue. I arrived and they said that I did not have an appointment. I explained that I used the texting line and showed them the conversation. They then proceeded to tell me several times that I had the wrong number and hadn’t made an appointment even though I was showing them the message thread where I had made the last several ones, including this one. They finally conceded that it was the right number and someone must have just not made the appointment. I

Today was my first visit and the massage was super awesome. However, my Medicare and pedicure wasn't that great. It was done by Tina and I feel that a $150 is way too much to only get your feet washed and your toes Polish. No oil or lotion or anything to moisturizer my feet and legs after drying them. My manicure consist of clipping my nails, filing them, putting oil on my arms and wiping it off with a warm rag. This place was beautiful, clean and relaxing, and as I looked around, everyone was getting excellent service except for me. I really feel like Tina did a rushed job and I felt cheated.

I didn’t get my hair done all during the pandemic so it was in pretty bad shape until I saw Sheena at Millennium. She is saving my hair! It looks amazing and is healthier, she’s also teaching me how to really care for it. She’s a rockstar! Go see her you will not regret it!

Pam was so wonderful! I got a pedicure and she was so amazing and relaxing to have for my pedicure. I have Autism and sensory issues so getting my nails done is a problem sometimes - but Pam was very gentle and made my experience very relaxing and enjoyable. She was vocal about every step and helped me a lot to have the best experience.
