Wow! First time coming here but this will be my go to place in Tallahassee from now on. Lee did my pedicure and Nick did my fill-in. I had to wait a little longer than I wanted and could tell it was rushed a bit but I understand being a server in the pandemic. Quality definitely made up for it. Both people took amazing care in detail; Nick is a very skilled nail technician and can do amazing designs (pics on his instagram nick_nailalchemist). He apologized for making my nail too narrow which I couldn’t tell even after pointing it out. Pedicure was standard besides going the extra mile on my cuticles

I love the nail place! It's very clean and they have a ton of gel colors to choose from. I see Flower and she always does an excellent job. My gel manicures usually last longer than 14 days with no chipping or breaking (they just grow out). I had a gel manicure last 18 days once! Flower is very attentive and always does everything in her power to make sure I'm comfortable and taken care of. She is always very sweet and has funny stories. I just love her! Leanne is great too! They are very reasonably priced and will validate parking!

I just started coming here a couple months ago & I love everything about it. Customer service is amazing I get... my nails look so much better than before SNS changed my life no more acrylic nails for me I'm never going back. The manager is amazing she's so talented and takes care of you I love her if you haven't tried Dipping u have to come try it out with her and I promise you won't regret it and best part of all this the prices are amazing and the place is gorgeous.

I really like how great there customer service is. They'll try there best to get your nails and feet done at the same time if they have ppl available so that you can get out of there. They offer you water and offered to charge my phone which was almost dead. This place is really pricey I guess for the average person. But to me it's worth your money. Your nails will look beautiful and last as long as they should if not longer and not break or mess up as quick as some of the other places I have tried.

I came to this place because of the great reviews however $75 later I'm not convinced. I had an appointment Wednesday where I experienced a rushed pedicure to the point the tips of my toe nails were not painted. When I moved on to my gel manicure I hoped they would do as great as their reviews mention. I went in after growing out my nails for a month and was worried about the nail technician who started to remove the previous gel at such a harsh speed that it began to hurt the skin underneath my nail. My appointment was on August 5th. Nick took me back for the gel pedicure right on time. I then went to the first nail technician, who did the gel manicure. It was very quick but looked nice, although the gel seemed very soft. She didn’t really respond to my comment.
My concern is that the gel is peeling after 5 days which has never happened to me before. I hoped this would work out since it’s so convenient to my home, but I won’t be back. What a disappointment.

I had a pleasant experience at the salon itself, the staff was friendly, everything was clean and lovely and spacious, and my treatments were well done. I give it 3 stars, however, because only 4 days later my manicure is already peeling. I’ve never encountered this with a gel manicure before, they always last me at least a whole week. I noticed yesterday that the tips of my nails the polish seemed to be wearing down too. I would assume this is related to the quality of the polish more than the salon itself, but nearly all of the gel options were the same brand, and so I’m guessing it’s not
