In House Group arrives on the scene as fresh as a clean shaven youth, yet having been here for decades. We are the outcome and synthesis of all of the forces that brought us to this moment. The founders share over 60 years of experience from as diverse fields as Architecture, Hospitality, Development, Design, Academia, and Industrial Design.
They have also worked hands-on in this field and have worn the (honorary) titles of welders, carpenters, laborers, painters, plumbers, and electricians at various points in their careers. We endeavor to leave the world in a better place than when we first arrived in it. Building and making tangible what began as only thoughts and lines on paper by Architects and Designers is what drives us.

Services
Both Partners were formally trained as Architects. One is also the Principal of an independent well respected progressive architecture and design practice. This has allowed In House Group the ability and capacity to offer a full and complete range of construction services complete with ancillary architecture, engineering, and expediting services, a rather unique and enviable position to occupy in this city.
Adam Kushner hails from, and has been a participating citizen in this city for most of his days. He obtained his Bachelor of Architecture in 1986 from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and subsequently his Masters of Architecture in 1994 from Cornell University. He founded Kushner Studios, his architectural practice, in 1994.
Jason Prisco is a Co-founding Partner of In House Group. He has overseen and executed construction projects ranging from ground-up residential properties to high-end commercial build-outs and pretty much everything in between for more than 16+ years. Having studied Architecture at Pratt Institute, Jason possesses a trained eye for design, detail, and structure that informs his work and emphasizes the craftsmanship he brings to each project.
Rachel Fitzpatrick is In House Group's Office Manager with over a decade of successful experience in bookkeeping and administration in the construction and design fields. Rachel's career stemmed from the restaurant and bar industry while studying art history and painting, which gave her the opportunity to become a skilled bookkeeper.
Carlos was born in Bogota, Colombia and had the good fortune to have been raised in Interesting Places like India and Mexico, where he delighted in observing and absorbing the best that those cultures offered. He is inspired by nature's rhythms and forces as well as all of life's emotions, whether good or bad.
