Ralph Geraldo (Project Manager) holds an accounting degree from Seton Hall University and has over ten years of professional accounting experience. While at Hess Corporation, he learned Six Sigma methods of process improvement/project management. Seeking a new challenge and interest in construction he became a union laborer (North Jersey Laborers-Local 3) in 2011.
