We are prioritizing Telehealth visits to keep our patients and practitioners safe during this time. Inland Community Housecalls is a mobile primary care service offered to assisted livings and adult family homes in the Spokane, WA and Coeur d'Alene, ID areas. We serve those individuals who, for varying reasons, have difficulty visiting their primary care provider and those who just prefer to be seen in the comfort of their own home.
We are a small local business based out of Post Falls, Idaho. The company was started by like-minded providers who wanted to focus on patient care and less on corporate quotas. We focus on the goals of each patient and create a specialized care plan suited to their goals. Health care goals change often in the geriatric population and we appreciate and adapt to those changes.

Services
We started Inland Community Housecalls because we saw a need in the community to serve vulnerable populations in a way they both need and deserve. Providing quality primary healthcare to the geriatric and disabled population through in-home visits allows our seniors to get medical attention without the hassle, inconvenience, and tiresome process of leaving home to see their provider.
Jaime has been working as a Primary Care Provider for the geriatric and mental health population since 2012. She received her undergraduate degree from Oregon Health Sciences University and worked as a Registered Nurse for over 10 years prior to obtaining her Masters and Doctorate degrees in Nursing from Gonzaga University.
Many people find it difficult to see their office-based primary care provider due to disability, inclement weather or transportation issues. Inland Community Housecalls offers a solution. We are a mobile primary care office, and are excited to offer you or your loved one, quality primary care from the comfort of home.
Every new patient must complete a New Admit packet before we can admit them to our services. Admission packets can be located on our website under the Forms tab or you can get one from your Assisted Living. Once you have completed the packet, mail or fax it to us or return it to the Assisted Living and we will do a new patient visit on our next trip to the community.
