Services
Bob has been engaged in Estate Planning for over thirty years, preparing both simple and complex plans as his clients needs may dictate. Bob's goal is to provide for the orderly distribution of a client's estate in a manner which avoids or minimizes the impact of probate and estate taxes.
Bob's clients (like society in general) present many unique circumstances - such as blended families, multi-generational family real estate, family owned businesses, family members with special needs, and the like.Bob gives each individual case the care an attention it deserves, rather than applying the boiler-plate, cookie-cutter off-the-rack approach so many other lawyers employ.

If you or a loved one are facing long term care in a nursing home, the cost can quickly consume all of the savings and assets of the nursing home resident. The government will cover the cost of this long term care under the Medicaid program, but only after the nursing home resident has spent down virtually all of their "countable" assets until they have reached the poverty level.
Bob has represented many small and mid-sized businesses over the years, and is cognizant of the special concerns of small or family owned businesses. Bob's clients have ranged from startups to multi-million dollar companies, and he has often represented clients as they grew from one end of the spectrum to the other.
Bob was recognized by his law school as the top real estate student of his graduating class. In the 20+ years since law school, Bob has has had extensive experience in all areas of real estate, including buying, selling, and leasing commercial real estate. Bob has also been involved in permitting and developing projects, zoning and land use matters, mortgage foreclosures and condominium conversions.

Report
Attorney Robert Hundertmark feels it's ok to send family members of the deceased the will and all trusts. Most respectable ones would call them in and go over how the other family stole everything and couldn't face the family. I wish I could attach a copy of his email and just how unprofessional he was. I get their was a huge conflict there due to their children being buddies but that gave him no right what so ever to call the deceased a popper in his exact words "not sure how he was even living on what he earned" that statement was so far from the truth and how dare he make
