PacificUS Real Estate Group made its entrance into the real estate world through a consulting contract with former ownership. That agreement provided PacificUS with seed capital and the opportunity to acquire prime real estate assets of its former company.
PacificUS did this with its initial project, Parc Telegraph, a 282-unit high rise condominium in the exclusive Telegraph Hill area of San Francisco, later with Golden Valley Ranch, a 1,400-acre raw land parcel in Santa Clarita, and then with the 490-acre Carlsberg Ranch in Moorpark.To primarily act as an independent developer to acquire and entitle undervalued real estate assets.

PacificUS provides the essential land development and entitlement services necessary to transform raw land into valuable property poised for development. These services extend from the initial lead agency application and through local, state, and federal permitting, civil engineering, architectural design, and construction management.
The Heritage Hills project consists of 106 acres of undeveloped, residential zoned land along the eastern border of the City of Santa Clarita. The property is adjacent to Masters College, Disney's Golden Oak Ranch, and the exclusive Placerita Canyon gated community. The ownership is bifurcated by Dockweiler Drive, with the south side of the property zoned for high density residential and the north side zoned for low density residential.
