We enjoy stretching our creative boundaries and exploring designs and a variety of styles that please our clients and exceed their expectations. We are a Maine based firm specializing in Residential and Commercial Architecture with projects of varying scales, from large estates to small guest house cottages.
Dan Phelps is a licensed architect bringing over thirty years' experience with Custom Residential, Commercial and Healthcare projects. His responsibilities have included all aspects of planning, design, project management and construction administration. Dan is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts.
They do a great job mixing new with the old in design, and are up to date on trends and today's popular conveniences for the home. I had a wonderful experience working with Michelle. She understands what people want, is open to changes along the way, and has good taste in design and what will look nice, as well as requiring quality construction and materials from builders.
Because we offer interior design services we are able to seamlessly integrate the exterior design with the interior design and develop the two simultaneously. We feel this strengthens the creation of unique spaces that relate to the building architecture as a whole. Our clients are able to see all the interior details and interior elevations, furnishing layouts, finish selections and be involved in the decision making.

We understand that each project is unique in overall client goals and site conditions which requires thorough review.
