I develop design from your needs and the real conditions of your life and site, and have been doing this for more than three decades.

I have been interested in architecture since I was eight years old. Architecture is the focus of my life. My life is lived in the design projects that I do for my clients. I make my living from this work but making beautiful architecture is why I do the work. I have learned how to design buildings that make the life lived in them much better and more enjoyable.
The meal operation assignments last for a full week and came around about every six weeks. I could have learned to cook but choose to just be kitchen help for two years. I wanted to keep my mind on design as I worked and not be planning a meal. I learned a lot about how to design a kitchen. I learned a lot about how to work with the different cooks.
Practice continues with a focus on one of a kind residential design created from understanding the needs of the client and in relationship to the conditions of the site. Design created and constructed through experience and an understanding of the principles of Organic Architecture. Architecture inspired by my clients and the challenging sites on the coast of Maine since 1970.
