Freedom Life Fitness offers freshly made protein smoothies with a huge variety of ingredients and supplement of your choice.

Facilities Report

FLF has a full selectorized circuit of star trac equipment including a plate loaded circuit. Our Weight room consists of Dumbbells from 5-100lbs, fixed weighted bars, Squats Racks, Benches in every form, and just about everything a modern gym requires. We have wide variety of cardiovascular equipment that includes - Treadmills, Ellipticals, Up Right bikes, Recumbent Bikes, Spin Bikes, and Steppers.

Contact Report

We appreciate feedback from our members and are working to find ways to make our facilities the best they can be. Our 24-hour access facility is open to members by using a key fob, given at the time you join, at the side entrance. If your key fob does not work, please access the building through our front office and a staff member will assist you.

Awesome gym! They have everything you can think of inside, and it's all organized wonderfully. I unfortunately moved out of town and can no longer make it, but it's the best gym I've been to and I will miss it.

This is an excellent facility. Clean, well lit, spacious. There are plenty of units for each station. Cleaning supplies are ample and located in easy to access areas. The staff is knowledgeable and accessible, which is important to me. Parking is behind the facility

Won’t find to many gyms with this atmosphere. All employees are nice, no ego lifters, no one judges anyone. Definitely a gym family here

The best thing about this gym is the variety of equipment it has. It offers more intricate gym equipment especially for people looking to build muscle tone. It also has a practice floor for MMA fighters as well as a dressing room, lockers and showers. Quite secure because you need to have a key card to swipe in. Overall a stellar gym; would definitely recommend
