Services
We are a locally owned and operated fitness center supporting the needs of the local Lake Gaston Community. We are conveniently located at 362 Lizard Creek Road just minutes from the Food Lion shopping center. Established in 2003, Lake Gaston Fitness has proudly served our community residents. Our operating hours are from 5:00 AM - 7:45 PM each day of the week.
Call us at 252-776-0156 or come in and see us Tuesday or Thursday between 5:00 - 7:00 PM. Saturdays 9-11 AM. Below are the two forms required to be signed before using the facility. Should you have an interest in joining, download them ahead of time for review. If you decide to visit bring these forms to the gym during office hours and this will save a few minutes during the registration process.
If your interested in these classes and you are not a member? Great news, Lake Gaston Fitness is now selling a class only membership, which entitles a member of this type to attend one of our offered classes without requiring a full gym membership. As a bonus, you can also use the facility on the day of the class.

The staffed hours are a little funky. However, they staff are very accommodating. The members are super friendly, perfect example of ‘southern hospitality’. The owners well thought out how a gym can function via key fob access so members can swipe in when they want to. One of the cleanest gyms I’ve been to.

I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a gym in the Lake Gaston area. My family has a lake house here so we are normally here on the weekends. Well this weekend I forgot my key card - left it in Raleigh.The owner went above and beyond to stay in contact with me to assure I was still able to get my workout in. I am so extremely grateful. I do not know many business owners that would have jumped through hoops like this man did. He's a top notch guy and for this reason I will never go to another gym in this area.

The owner has done a great job building a good overall gym for Lake Gaston. He has cardio equipment, free weights, yoga, TRX and personal training (plus way more) by one of the best! You can even join in on a class. I have never seen a gym so clean. Stop in...get your heart pumping! You won't regret it.
