The girl didn't even look inside my box of clothes that I was trying to sell. She was also really rude to me.

She literally said, "we're being very selective." And looked at me. I asked if she was going to look into my box of clothes and she mentioned she "could".

If she even acknowledged or wanted to check out the clothes she would've opened the box. Then she proceed to just look into the bottom and said, "none of this works." I told her to pull the pieces out one by one and she will see designer brands that they carry and want. She didn't

I’m rating it a 1 because their selling process is very vague. I went in took two bags and they wanted to give me 10 cents per item. They said that it was because it wasn’t designer. I had two Nike items a long sleeve shirt and a tank, an addidas sweater and other clothes that were fast fashion, maybe a couple vintage. But 10 cents might as well donate it. Your better off going to Plato’s or crossroads. You can at least get $3-5 per shirt.
I don’t recommend. Waste of time. Really disappointed especially when most resell places give you percentages like 30% for what they price. But they

Unfortunately, doing business here was a disappointing experience overall, and you should come in knowing they're going to take advantage of you. Of course you shouldn't expect to make a mint at these places, but when you see how much they mark up - then sell - your items, you'll wish you went somewhere else. Or better yet, donated them to a charity thrift store so at least the money would go to a good cause.

When I came in to sell several nice handbags (authentic Kate Spade, gently used, leather - pics below), the staffer handling the buy took less than 10 mins to "assess

I've sold here about 4 times and make the trip out to Pasadena because I know they'll take whatever low quality items I give them. I do not shop here because I know the quality of items they buy. My last trip here solidified that I won't be making the trip out anymore, as the cashier was incredibly rude and I can't remember a time I had a positive or friendly experience with any of the buyers here. This past selling session I got $8 total for approximately 12 items. Their prices are also ridiculous for the quality of items they carry. Although Crossroads down the street is more

No disposable masks available and hostile at the door about it. All other businesses have masks available, and they don't. Don't care to have customers apparently.

So overpriced and inept rude workers. Not a good combo. I would not return here or recommend it to others. It's just got the typical lazy elitist attitude. For $50 used t-shirts that they purchase for a dollar or two you'd think they would be more grateful to the suckers buying them. My kids going to have to get over it but honestly even my chill 16 year old seemed annoyed by these folks especially the manager.

The best 2nd hand high end boutique around! They have great items at fair prices and they do not screw you when you sell them items. I sold them some shoes and I came out with a nice chunk of change! They r very very fair and don't make u feel like you got hustled. Employees are nice, professional and helpful.

**updated review** Staff is ALWAYS rude. Doesn’t matter if you’re buying or selling. Great selection of things, though... but good luck selling!
^*since writing this review, I went back to attempt to make a sale and I overheard a clerk say “I thought we decided she’s banned?” BANNED FOR WRITING A REVIEW ON HOW YOUR STAFF IS CONSTANTLY RUDE? I can’t imagine what else I’d be banned for since I’ve spent thousands of dollars here in the past year and I always keep to myself... Laughable... and once again, rude! Just changed my rating from 3 stars to 1 star. Banning me for writing a

Very bad clothes-selling experience. They took around 20 pieces of my clothes at $0.1 each. It is like giving them for free, but you have to wait for almost an hour to get into the store. I will never go there again.

I never in my life shopped so many luxury second hand shops. Who ever owns 2nd you need to get better staff in the following categories
1 knowing there products and authentication knowledge. Having young men who do not know nothing about age of handbags. There answer is it’s authentic we use a machine to authenticate .
2. Customer services towards clients purchasing allot. All they say is this is where the brand is look for your self. They don’t seem very excited about there jobs they worry about there phones then speaking to customers especially when there only allowed 3 people.

Since I'm on a yelping binge I'll add my experience to the mix for this place.

Icky.

Zero customer service and would agree about the manager and employees here being rude and disinterested. (Not all of them, the blonde girl and another dude was chill but most of them seemed to just be paid to be hanging out) The last time I was in here I was standing near the pos to purchase something and the guy(I think it was the manager) didn't even look at me and just beckoned me to hand the item for him to ring up without saying a word. Okay? Awkward, he didn't even say a word through

The store had a lot of trendy clothes and great options to choose from, but the staff was not friendly at all. I asked if the particular section I was in was the only section with pants, the employee told me, “That’s the only section with affordable pants...” I continued to explain the type of pants I was looking for, and he simply stated, “Whatever you find in the store that’s what we have.” He made no effort to point me in the right direction and seemed bothered that I was asking him for help. I walked out with no desire to buy from the store. Customer service here definitely needs

I went in just to see what they have and found $50 shirts with stains and rips but I mean I guess that's what they call "vintage". There isn't that much variety or good stuff in the women section, but I didn't mind shopping stuff for me In the men's section. The reviews about the manager and workers are right, they do tend to watch you and follow you but kind of understandable since the store does have expensive brands. This place is super small and can get super crowded, max 3 people per row or else its packed. There are some good brands and some good finds but the

Don't even bother trying to sell anything here. When I first asked about selling items a couple weeks back the worker told me that they would hold the item for at least an hour or so to research to give you a proper estimate and they'll text u when their done.
I went in today to sell my Nike Air Force 1 all start swoosh pack, I've worn them maybe 5 times and he just looked at me , opened and closed a door and told me 40 bucks. He never did any research or anything.

They pay you 5-10 CENTS !!!!!!!! for your good quality item and then they sell it for $15.99 and up.
I saw my things for sale.
They lie and tell you they are sending these items to poor communities in Africa and Latin America.
There are no good deals here. The brand names are as fake as the owners of this place.
They also conveniently "loose or misplace " items you bring in to sell as they make you go wait elsewhere while sorting through your stuff - and then they "find" them only when you inquire about it.

I visited the store after having such a great experience at the Melrose and Sherman Oaks location. The young woman with blonde hair that works there is super nice and took her time to help us with the different Supreme hoodies. However, the green haired guy, who is probably the manager, was super rude and condescending. The woman employee told us to try on the Supreme hoodie since it was so expensive, then the green haired guy kept yelling at us to take it off and you can't try these on, even after knowing his own employee was wrong- then maybe your employees should all be aligned on policy

It is probably a better idea to shop at, rather than sell clothing at 2nd STREET Pasadena. The guy employee on the phone didn't tell me info regarding selling my clothes and wasn't friendly wanting to get me off the phone it seemed. When I arrived there to sell my t shirts, another guy employee explained to me that they only pay 10 cents,. and up for my shirts. After waiting for the grand total from the 39 t-shirts, he basically paid a little bit over $1 each for 33 shirts I calculated. He told me, without asking me first that they'd donate the remaining t-shirts that he wasn't interested in buying

If you are looking for a subpar selection of clothing and knock off designer bags - while being racially profiled then this is the store for you. Within our first moments of entry we received ZERO customer service - yet the security guard had no issue making me feel unbearably uncomfortable by cornering me in their extremely tight shopping isles. Not to mention I did not see a single preventative measure taken to ensure customer safety in regards to Covid. Incredibly disappointing.

The most unfriendliest employees! Been to other ones Torrance for example. They are extremely nice and friendly. This guys work like they hate their job make no effort to make you feel comfortable in this store and the guy in the cashier was on the phone telling someone to don’t even bother coming with their clothes because they are paying .10 cents per piece. I’m not someone to give ratings but sometimes you just need to.

Did not know this store existed. Found it while I was waking back to my car. They babe some really cool vintage items in here. I bought an off brand purse for $9.00 that was super cute.

This store has Gucci, LV, Chanel, Burberry, MCM; you name it they have it. Oh, and they have a ton of name brand sunglasses.

I was browsing the aisles while my daughter shopped but there is no way I would pay these prices. I was looking at the t-shirts and they had an Anti Social Social Club shirt for $99. It's a black t-shirt with white lettering that's all and not the best material either. You can keep your designer stuff and I keep my pocket full of money.

I sold here and the buyer was very friendly and the process was quick. They gave me a good amount for a vintage designer purse which I was happy with. However , they wanted to pay me 10 cents for other designer items that were purchased for over $100 each. I wasn't expecting to get $50 but $10 would be nice since they will sell it for $25. I was told that they will be "donating" all those items which I do not believe for a second. So I took it all back and will sell on Poshmark. Anyhow, I will only be selling bags here from now on. And don't bring your designer shoes

Bad selling experience!

Came in with a HUGE bag of designer stuff (8 pairs of FRAME denim jeans and a bunch more expensive items). they offered me only $27 for everything. ABSOLUTE JOKE. Each item is worth $250+! Literally told the employee that I'm gunna pass and get a better price somewhere else.

I've bought from them before and was happy but, now I don't even want to give this place business if they think they can purchase my items for $4 and sell it for $80. Sorry but thats a rip off!

Poshmark, wasteland or crossroads will give me a better price. Might has well has taken
