They installed my aftermarket head unit and rear backup camera, and I appreciate Adrian and Carlos’ patience and help with walking me through the entire process before the installation, and they took care to ensure my double-din head unit’s screen was flush with the opening. They also were able to accommodate my request to have the USB cords stick out the middle instead of through the glove compartment. Took my car in to get the deck speakers replaced. They had it done in a few hours, but somehow lost the key in the process. Luckily I had a spare key and Jacob said they would be more than happy to reimburse me for the cost of a new key. Speakers sound great, they handled the situation in a somewhat professional manner, and gave me back more than the cost of a new key. Nevertheless I expect a business that works on cars to keep track of the thing you need to start one.
