I'm Juliet, a personal trainer based in Pine Bush, NY, dedicated to getting people in shape and improving their quality of life. The Shawangunk Journal wrote an article talking about Juliet's training style and her holistic approach. Juliet's Fit Tips are published periodically and offer great exercise that will leave you feeling healthier!

I've been training for about a decade and use my unique experiences with different clients to create an individualized approach to fitness. The Plank is an effective exercise you can do to stabilize the entire core region and strengthen the obliques, abdominals and lower back, along with muscles in the torso and legs.

Juliet has been training for the better part of a decade and uses her unique experiences with diverse clients as a basis for her individualized approach to fitness. She has experience working with clients having conditions ranging from arthritis to neuromuscular disorders. Juliet has helped clients achieve diverse goals including athletic conditioning and injury rehabilitation.
Juliet is a certified personal trainer, offering individual training and fitness programs for all ages and skill levels. She teaches effective exercises, assisting in the achievement of personal fitness and wellness goals. Her expertise in exercise physiology, nutrition, anatomy, training program development, exercise application, health screening, and fitness assessments is evident in every client she assists, from athletes to seniors.
Juliet is a certified group fitness instructor, and has specialty certifications including various Zumba instructor licenses. She has experience teaching a variety of exercise formats including Boot Camp, Tabata, Dance Fitness, Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, and Kickboxing. She is skilled in instructing a wide variety of populations, from kids to seniors, and varying fitness levels.

After years of being injured and loafing around I started to look for a personal trainer. About 10 seconds after our first session ended, I asked her if I could hire her for an additional 40 sessions. She took the time to create a plan that catered to my physical limitations and goals. If something didn't agree with me she has had a backup ready to go.

I first met Juliet Gould in June of 2015. Since than, Ms. Gould comes to my home two to three times a week for one to one training.

Ms. Gould has
-Given me incentive to work out more frequently.
-taught me techniques to strengthen my body through repetition exercises and core muscle training.
-taught me various exercises using fitness balls, resistance bands, chairs and other home gym equipment.
-challenged me to work harder to improve my stamina and balance.

What I like most about Juliet Gould is her genuine enthusiasm for what she does, which is building strength and empowerment by helping

Jules is very good. She's detailed in fitness to see how she can help you and then after her evaluation which is very thorough, she puts a plan together to help you get the most out of your fitness plan to reach your goal.

Jules did an event for our PTA at Edward J Russell Elementary School for our field day! She kept 600 students moving with her awesome Zumba! She was on time & ready to go for the day of exercising! She looked great in our EJR T-shirt too!
