We have made the tough decision to close all adult programing and will instead be expanding Healthy Kids Programs childcare at 565 Union Ave including a new Early Learning Center wing in addition to our Before/After School and Summer Camp programs. My experience is solely with the Healthy Kids program run out of that location. The quality of care has spiraled downward. I understand that due to the pandemic certain protocols have changed & they are under construction but the bathrooms are filthy. There is no organized curriculum and the kids are unruly where the staff have no understanding on how to manage their behavior. On a brighter note, it was the only program available to essential workers at this time & like the saying goes "beggars can't be choosers".

Great Gym Equipment and Bathrooms are really clean atmosphere is really positive chill Front desk ladies are really nice.. Gem of a gym

Place still looks and smells clean! showers have good pressure! classes are great! Front reception area really down to earth friendly I see there efforts to make the members have a great experience.. Hope this helps someone thinking to join.. :)

If you are looking for a gym thats has an awesome staff and mellow environment for working out then you have found the right place! The gym has recently updated some of their workout stations which is awesome and always provides a sense of comfort when you walk through the front doors.

I have recently had to drop my star rating of the gym from a 5 to a 3 due to the gyms open lane pool hour schedule. I used to go to this facility several years ago when it was the WYCA. I had to quit back then because the pool water smelled rank. In fact when you walked into the pool enclosure it was stinking of chlorine. (BTW since chlorine itself is odorless, a "chlorine smell" in a pool is actually chlorine compounds formed by human byproducts like sweat and funk. PU.)
