Even before I finished my masters degree in architecture, I knew I wanted to be the one to bring my designs to life. So it's not surprising that I designed my first home while I was still in college - and in 1979, a year out of school, I founded RMA Construction, Design and Land Development. I've been doing high-quality design/build custom homes, home remodeling and home improvements ever since.

Home Improvements- If the years are showing, we can help you make your home as good as new - even better! A new roof, siding or gutters is a great start. And while you're at it, why not improve on those everyday improvements? Add a skylight. Add brick or stone to your home's exterior. Wake up the interior with new doors and woodwork.
Typically, if you want a custom-designed home, a builder will suggest you go to a residential architect, and then bring back your plans. Or the builder may hire an independent architect. That's because most builders have a handful of stock models, and "custom" means relocating a closet. Conversely, an architect who's not a builder won't be able to tell you what your dreams will cost you until he consults one.
RMA Construction, Design and Land Development also develops subdivisions. If you have a parcel of land that's thirty acres or less, most developers aren't interested. But small parcels are our specialty. We can partner with you to design/build custom homes that will blend beautifully with the natural features of the land.
