We have been involved with the construction of three homes and have done major renovations along the way. Next Step Builders has completed several of these renovations for us. My wife Erin an I had the pleasure of working with Billy (Next Step Builders) while remodeling our 50-year-old home. Billy was professional, timely, and cost conscious. We chose to live in the house during the remodel and Billy was courteous and accommodating to us and our children throughout. Billy kept us appraised of progress and was able to meet with us frequently, at our convenience, during the project. He continues to be available and helpful five years after completion when we have questions.

We have worked with Next Step Builders and Billy Cooley on a number of projects. Some projects were small and some were large, including a full strip down and remodel of an existing home which we are currently occupying. Needless to say, we are extremely pleased with the all the projects. This is why we have continued to use Next Step Builders for each phase of the project.
The craftmanship throughout has been excellent. We are very detailed oriented and everything was as specified.

Both during and after the construction/remodel of my home, Next Step Builders has shown meticulous attention to detail and quality. They are very organized and always follow through on the commitments they make. Mr. Cooley's work ethic is unquestionable and he is both punctual and reliable. He has always displayed a strong knowledge of his profession, a good sense of judgement and an even head in any circumstance. Because of these qualities he is a very effective problem solver and efficient builder. I would highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of working with Next Step Builders on the renovation of our office space in Pewaukee, WI. Tackling the fun, yet challenging process of rehabbing a 100 year old building didn't scare Billy away. As we kicked off the project, he was integral in helping us turn the space into a fun, creative environment for our growing business. From unique layout ideas and rerouting traffic patterns for our work needs to offering creative solutions to the surprises that did come up (because that's always the case when renovating!)
