Services
DeCoach Rehabilitation Centre was founded to combat the greatest health crisis the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton areas have ever witnessed. This vision was first realized by the opening of our Fairfield, OH office in 2016, followed by our Xenia, OH office in 2017. We strive to provide a holistic approach to treatment acknowledging the unique biological, sociological, and psychological factors of each individual.
The withdrawal process is one of the first major hurdles on the road to recovery. We offer a private space for clients while staff members ensure that the withdrawal process occurs in a safe and comforting manner. During withdrawal management (WM), our interdisciplinary staff will ensure you are receiving the highest quality medical care along with safely making the transition to aftercare.
Partial hospitalization is a time limited intensive therapeutic day treatment community for individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Partial hospitalization provides structured individual, family, and group therapy sessions as well as medical services.
The Intensive Outpatient Treatment program (IOP) is geared towards individuals who are new to treatment or have been struggling with substance abuse for an extended period. Those eligible for this program receive intensive treatment while fulfilling other life commitments, such as school or work. Group counseling occurs 3 times per week along with individual counseling sessions and visits with our medical staff.
At DeCoach we provide a holistic approach to client care. With sober living, DeCoach aims to reduce barriers related to basic needs as well as providing comprehensive behavioral health services. We partner with organizations to provide safe and sober housing for clients while accessing treatment services.

This place gave me my life back. I cannot say enough good things. The treatment staff pour so much time, energy, and compassion into the clients. These people truly care. Living accomodations are top tier and the program itself is very insightful. Staff are very knowledgeable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I promise these people at this treatment facility can help you through the darkness. I'm a real life example. I accomplished so much it's almost unreal. Its alot about the right choice. Decoach is amazing. There entire staff down to the receptionists are so caring. Laura A. Is the best counselor ever. She has so much empathy and compassion for everyone she sees. Tammy is a awesome doctor she takes the time to listen to your problems and concerns. Overall a great place to seek treatment.

I have been going to decoach for alittle over 2 years now. I have the most amazing counselor Laura Arnette. She has helped me find myself and to learn about life because I didn't know how to without being high. I have came along way from where I was at , because of her I have got myself in a good place. I absolutely love this place. My counselor is so nice and awesome. The staff here are all like family. I love the care they have for the clients. They have taught me that when my anxiety goes up that I can use some of the grounding techniques to calm me down. I recommend to anyone needing help that Decoach has your back and you should def. get the help you need from them.

DeCoach has really helped me to continue treatment after rehab. The counselors are great, especially Laura L.. The IOP and OP groups are great in teaching why addiction is a disease and taught me how to use the “tools” one been given to maintain sobriety. Thank you!
The only negative is the internet during groups, really frustrating! Hopefully now this problem is solved and will no longer be an issue.

I have been at dacoach for over two months it's very professional an the treatment is top notch the staff an management is very friendly they are here not for just a pay check but for the addicts well being an really are here to provide you with the knowledge an tools to help u get clean they provide housing an medical an transportation they will help you get the things you need like food shelter dr appts I am very well please with my treatment I've been to others but if you want a place that feels like home they offer an apt setting they truly are here for you in every way I'm blessed I'm happy
