Merced Floral always does fabulous arrangements. I always pick the Designer's Choice arrangement and give the florist something to go off of like "favorite color" or "make it springlike". Wow! Thank you Trish and Merced Floral! All it took was a phone call (the website is really nice too) and my last minute occasion was adorned perfectly. They went out of their way to make sure the arrangement made it into the right hands quickly even though the delivery address ended up being 'liquid'. The recipients were ultra impressed and that made me feel good.

Last week I called Merced Florals and I spoke with Trish. I explained to her that I lost a good friend in the Atwater area and I was trying to get either a plant or a floral arrangement sent to the family. I live in San Diego and not familiar with the area. Trish said they did deliver to the area. I agreed to a Peace Lily because I have been burned with 800 flowers paying crazy prices for a floral arrangement that looked like weed's. I have mixed feelings. I scheduled to have a birthday bouquet sent to my mother in law on a Monday. That Monday came and went. So I texted the number and she called me very quickly. She stated that my order had not saved to the cloud and she apologized. She also said she would upgrade the bouquet and send a bud vase arrangement with an apology letter from them. I felt that was fair. I would’ve given them a 5 star had it been just that. But the delivery guy rang the doorbell and left the flowers on the front door. Idk if that has anything to do with Covid protocol but a smiling face with the LATE

I cannot believe that I have not left Merced Floral a review yet. I absolutely love Trish's work! She has amazing talents. I have recommended families and couples for all sorts of events. Which include but not limited to funerals, weddings, birthdays, get well and anniversaries.
I myself have order multiple standing up sprays and bouquets. In 2014 when we had my mom's funeral we ordered 8 stand up sprays, 1 casket spray and 5 table top bouquets. All came out stunning and beautiful.

The best florist I've ever experienced for Merced. I did everything directly on their website for a custom designers creation and it was so easy. I add a few of my own comments about colors and referenced one of their pictures for inspiration in my request and it came out absolutely stunning! 10/10 would recommend this florist in a heart beat!

It's always a win when you make your mom cry! placed my order 10am Texas time and my mom had her birthday flowers on her door step by 1pm California time. I called needing same day delivery and, despite it being the Valentines weekend, they created a gorgeous arrangement. It was delivered within 3 hours. I saw a photo of the flowers and they were exactly as we spoke about over the phone. I highly recommended them, especially if you aren't familiar with the area.

If I could give a higher rating, I would. I had ordered flowers for a funeral, I could not attend, so I wanted something really nice. I received a call, two hours before the service, and they said they did not receive a flower delivery that morning. So no flowers were sent out. I called around and everyone said it was to late. Then I called Merced Floral, and my angel was making her last deliveries. I told her what happened, and she said when she was done, she would call me back. That was at 3:30 and she called me back at 4:30, and ready to take my order. She had a beautiful bouquet made up and

Called Merced florist to place an order for my daughter (congratulatory on first job) and asked them to do something colorful, fun and young ( daughter is 20yo) while working within a specific dollar amount. They did a beautiful job, same day delivery even though I called in the afternoon. My daughter was surprised and absolutely loved them!!! Beautiful arrangement consisted of fresh fragrant flowers - however the sunflowers stole the show!! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!

I had a family member passed and in short time for the service. Trish made us a beautiful basket for the celebration of life service when I arrived to the church the staff made it a focal piece in the service. So many commented on how well the arrangement matched our love one's passion thank you for a wonderful tribute.

I had a wonderful experience with this florist. The woman I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful. The spray we ordered was for a funeral. The owner of Merced Floral reached out to me and apologized and made it up to me by sending my mom a new bouquet. The new bouquet was gorgeous but the reason they deserve 5 stars is because of their customer service! I never expected them to reach out to me and hear my concerns. That meant a lot to me! Today is my daughters 18th Birthday and she is away at school. As every parent knows sending your baby to school is a very expensive task. I really just bought this child everything she is going to need or thought she'd need for the next year but still it's her birthday and I'm sure she is sad about being away from home, friends and family on her special day.
