Very disappointed! My son sent me an Easter bouquet yesterday that looks like it’s starting to die already. The bouquet itself looks like they haven’t filled Both sides out. They used a couple of cheap looking plastic Easter eggs for fillers which Cheapened the look. The container looks like a tin can with a bunch of fingerprints all over it.

Mom’s Mother’s Day flowers arrived today. I’m always a little nervous because I describe what I’d like, then leave it up to the florist. And I prefer to order local. This was my first order from The Flowery.… And guess what! I will order again. The service was excellent - which I do appreciate when I’m ordering 1500 miles away. And the arrangement. Stop it! Owner Linda Schaffer and her staff have done a beautiful job on both of my daughters wedding flowers. I have also purchased other arrangements from her periodically and always are they top notch. Not only are the designs she offers 5 Star, but her friendly personality and flexibility are exceptional. In addition to the personalized service, she is a generous contributor to community events and does a wonderful job on the business flowers she distributes to offices in the Tower and elsewhere. The Flowery did the flowers for my wedding and did them excellently. The work was completed exactly as promised. We were communicated with frequently, and the price for changes was quite reasonable.
We even had an odd request with the flowers that many other flower shops had rejected. The Flowery accommodated us without hesitation and the work was great.

I would give less than 1 if I could. Not based on the flowers or the delivery...but on their customer service. I ordered flowers for an employee whose father had passed away. I didn't get a receipt. I called and asked for a receipt (next day), still no receipt. I called again, and was told they'd have to get back to me. It's now been since April 28th and today is June 3rd and still no receipt. Really sorry service. I'm going to call again today...and see if they are still in business. With service like this...I'm not very hopeful.
