Stay far away from this company if you have bedbugs. They managed to chase the bedbugs around our house and we continued to have a resurgent problem from July 31 to after Thanksgiving, when we gave up on them and sought advice elsewhere it took us less than a month and a half to completely solve the problem. Big Apple cost us $700 for advice that I… later found out was not professional and although they came out multiple times, they never systematically treated the entire house for the problem, only sleeping areas. The warranty was basically meaningless since the bugs would be reduced every
