I have renewed my contract because in the past year I have not experienced any bugs. They are knowledgeable and are happy to answer any questions you may have thoroughly. Everyone is extremely courteous whether it is Tom or one of his employees who come to your home Another big plus for me was not being gouged price-wise. I would definitely recommend using this company.

I am absolutely satisfied with their services. I was able to schedule an inspection the same day I made contact with the company. They were able to come out the very next day with no obligation of purchase. The inspection was very thorough and they gave me honest and quality feedback. They were very knowledgeable about the type of infestation and I did not feel they were looking for a sale but to genuinely answer my questions and ensure I had all of the knowledge I needed to proceed forward. The prices were the best when compared to mainstream companies and I am very happy to work with a family
