I feel as if I'm something of a late bloomer. I bounced around a lot when I was younger, and I always felt like something was missing. It was in my thirties that I discovered that counseling is my calling. I love the power of story, and everyone's story is unique and rich. I've been a professional counselor for five years, but I bring a wealth of life experience with me, including serving in the Army.

It takes commitment and a willingness to experience change and transformation. It isn't easy, but nothing good ever is. Sometimes we all need a safe space where we don't feel judged, and we feel heard.
If you are new to therapy or are visiting for the first time, learn what to expect during a session and other frequently asked questions. Sessions will typically last for an hour. Before you arrive, you can complete your intake forms online or print, fill them out, and bring them with you. In our first session we will take time to get to know each other and start the process of defining your goals.
