This also helps keep us focused on what you're trying to achieve. Counseling - Sometimes clarifying and getting support on meeting your goals isn't enough. Many people find that their limiting beliefs and destructive patterns are too much to overcome without more specialized mental health measures.

I was looking for a therapist to help me with my anxiety. I had been seeing another therapist for a few years and it wasnt Going in the right direction.I was looking for something different. I stumbled upon Nathan At your best self counseling while looking at therapists in the area I was interested in. What caught my eye was that he can do Hypnosis. I thought that might be interesting to try. I reached out to Nathan set up an appointment and haven’t looked back. He is a warm, genuine, caring person. I cannot even begin to tell you where we would be with Nathan. He has helped my child so much and continues to. He is easy to talk to, understanding and non-judgemental. He has tought my child how to use coping skills, how to manage problems and deal with anxiety as it comes. I'm very thankful for him and would definitely recommend him to everyone.
