We switched over to Network Elites in early 2018 after the 5th consecutive price increase from the provider we had been using. I shopped 5 different MSPs and eventually decided to go with Network Elites based on their competitive pricing along with the services offered. I must admit, I was cautiously optimistic at best. In retrospect, I must admit that any doubts I may have initially had were completely unfounded. Ayman and the Network Elites staff has continually been available and have gone well above what they were even contracted to do, in regards to support. I know that we’re not their only

This company is the best of the best! Not only do they price you reasonably as opposed to other companies that really overprice everything, but they get their work done efficiently and well. I can’t recommend another IT company that offers as many GREAT services as it does (tech consulting, computer security etc.).

1. I paid for a data migration ($1000.00+), which they never did.
2. I took the time to gather all the onboarding information (i.e. account numbers, passwords, contact info), yet every time I call in, they want me to go get it again.
3. The owner told me recently in an email that I could not do a data migration because there would be serious performance issues with my server. He was a part of the original meeting where I told everyone that this was the main reason for getting the server (so I could put all my data on it and have it backed up). I have been paying $350/month to host an web application
