Services
We are always on the lookout for motivated and experienced professionals that can provide remote and onsite support and consulting services for our clients. Our customers are located all over the DFW area, with a majority being centered around North Dallas. Our office is located in Plano at the intersection of 75 and the George Bush Turnpike, and while some of our work is done remotely, onsite appointments are typical.
At iTecs, we foresee businesses of all sizes adopting cryptocurrencies as a preferred form of payment for services rendered and products sold in the near future. We believe in the decentralized and community-driven structure these ecosystems present and feel that this move lends a hand to propelling this evolutionary movement.
This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") applies only to Itecs Network Server Colocation and Dedicated Server customers agreeing to a Minimum Service Period of one year or more.
For each cumulative hour of Network Unavailability exceeding one hour in a calendar month, at Customer's request, Customer's account will receive a credit for the pro-rated charges for one day of the Monthly Recurring Fee to a maximum of 50% of the Monthly Recurring Fee for the service.All Network Unavailability credit calculations will be based on unavailability in one-hour increments or faction thereof.

Our Dallas IT Support Network Administrators are experts in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems in both office and data centers. We've worked with large and small companies in the Dallas area and abroad. Some of the notable clients we've had the honor to work with is Pizza Hut data centers, Owens Farms, Frito Lay in the Frisco headquarters, and the Miller Brewing plant in Dallas.

Working with ITecs for the last few years has been a great experience. We switched to Itecs because we had issues with our old IT support company. Overall, Itecs has been the better choice of the handful of companies we've worked with in the past. We like that they assign three Network Administrators to our account and are available 24/7. They have shown that they won't nickle and dime us, no onboarding fees, and their cost structure is fair and flexible.

We've been working with Brian and his great team at iTecs since 2006 and they've been a huge asset to our business. They're very responsive and proactive with any of our IT issues. There have been times that iTecs has had to fix an issue at our office on a weekend and they were readily available and got it taken care of.
