Dishonorable service. I attempted to receive assistance for immigration concerns. When arriving to the appointment, Mr.Steele's assistant was late and Mr.Steele was a no-show. He instead was communicating while in court by texting which is very unprofessional. Mr. Steele provided a consultation where no valuable information was provided. He still took money and told me he would provide with further information. When I followed up, I did not receive an email until weeks later where he claimed he was in hospital and then he never contacted me again. Scam!
