I've had the opportunity to know Therese McMillan for over 2 years. She's used my services on her properties and has helped me sell my home. I've seen this woman crawl under homes as well as touch up paint when needed. She's never afraid to help and she goes the extra mile. Lacked communication and I felt my best interests weren't a priority. Left to do a lot of the work myself (finding, inspectors, making appointments, making phone calls). I was moving to the state from across the country and did not know local companies to contact. My specific realtor never set foot inside the house I purchased. She never reached out to help with final walk throughs, inspections, document signing. I never was even offered a final walk-through. She was working both ends of the deal and I definitely got the short end for sure.

Kelli Weis was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and fun! She went out of her way to find a property that met all of my criteria. She gave me great advice as we navigated the system. She stayed on top of all the little snafus that interfere with the smooth process of securing a home mortgage loan as she worked in concert with the selling broker, the bank rep, the inspector and the appraiser, and jumped in with a solution to all of our little problems. I could not have hoped for a better experience in selling my home than the Colleton River group provided. Mike Turner had good suggestions and helped me get things done during the pre-listing process, so it was not daunting. It sold very quickly and the closing paper work was quickly gotten to the lawyers for closing. Everyone on the team pitched in and all we’re available to me. Mike also found me my new home which was a challenge in this market. Just about daily I got emails of homes Mike previewed, coming onto the market and appointments to see them. Nothing could have been better than to work with Margaret Federal. She made the sale of my home as easy as it could possibly be. I had to sell during covid which made things difficult. Her advice about how to handle things was outstanding. The home is on Turner's Creek and a unique property and required someone who understood the challenge of selling this type of property.
