Robert has called the Lowcountry home since 2007, moving from Erie Pennsylvania in the middle of a blizzard with his car packed with everything he owned. Coming from a place that had 2 seasons: Winter and August, Robert fell in love with the incredible year round weather and beauty the Lowcountry has to offer.
Robert received his B.A. from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania in Intelligence Studies, a degree with a focus on research, analysis and history. He attributes his success in real estate to his ability to research the market and better understand the past and today's market to help his sellers and buyers.

I've been working with Robert the past 3+ years. He never gave up helping us find the perfect home to fit our wants and needs. Even when we pulled out of the original home we found due to personal reasons, Robert was there when we were ready to look again. We are so in LOVE with our new home! We found a neighborhood we loved and decided to build. Robert Moul was instrumental in this process. Rob is a rock-star seller's agent! He came to the house, did a thorough assessment of the home, the neighborhood, past sales and current listings and got a photographer in there quickly.
