I'm Dr. Arthur Klein and you can find me helping people at Family First Chiropractic and Wellness Center located in New Milford. My wife, Hillary, is the office manager and our resident Food Counselor at Family First Chiropractic and Wellness Center. Back in college, someone suggested I consider becoming a chiropractic doctor.
After looking into the chiropractic profession combined with my personal experience - adjustments have helped my sinuses tremendously - I was inspired to become a chiropractic doctor. With over 30 years of experience helping people of all ages with natural, drugless methods, I am still passionate and excited about what I do.

Family First Chiropractic and Wellness Center has been delivering quality chiropractic health care to the New Milford community and surrounding towns of Sherman, Brookfield, Roxbury, Bridgewater, Kent and Washington since 1993. Your health is based on the important principle that, given the right environment, your body has the ability to heal itself.
After studying at New York Chiropractic College, I began practicing over 30 years ago in Queens, New York City and Long Island. Later I joined a group practice with satellite offices in Orange County, NY. My frequent visits to New Milford to visit long-time friends from Queens introduced me to a beautiful corner of Connecticut where I opened the office I am in today.

It was natural that in college I would begin studies to become an electrical engineer. I took courses in advanced calculus and quantum physics. It was only after studying electrical engineering that I realized I didn't want to become an electrical engineer. I was introduced to the area of psychology and began working with people, something I enjoyed much more.
We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. After identifying which vertebrae have lost their normal motion or position, a specific manual thrust is applied to free up "stuck" spinal joints.

I came to this place about 1 year ago for a back injury that happened in school. Since then I've gone for visit to get my back adjusted, on a schedule of once a week to 1 every 2. With there amazing work, I'm able to play football again and not worry about my pain holding me back. They deserve more than 5 stars if I could put it lol. Plus there hospitality is amazing! Never a long wait, and they make u feel like family, they comfort and teach you through your whole journey. Highly recommended 😁

Dr. Klein is an amazing Chiropractor! I recently moved to the area and my old chiropractor highly recommended him. I had bad sciatica and he resolved it in a few sessions…It was amazing how fast he helped me. He’s really a master at what he does , and is very kind with a great sense of humor ! And his wife Hilary runs the office and is extremely organized , kind and responsive…..she answers the phone right away. It is really a joy to come in! I highly recommend Dr Klein if you need a chiropractor, or even if you are on the fence. He really knows his stuff and you’ll be in great hands! Enjoy

I absolutely love coming here. Over a month ago my neck and back hurt so much I couldn't turn my head. Within a couple visits I can move my head without the pain constantly stopping me. I used to come here when I was a kid and when my back hurt I knew exactly where to go. Hilary at the front desk is super nice and always a joy to talk too and Dr. Klien makes me feel good as new every time I leave. Scheduling my next appointment is easy and coming here never feels like any other doctor offices.

Dr. Klein is nothing short of amazing!! I already knew he was, as my father has been going to him since I was a kid. I have been a hairdresser for almost 5 years and put a lot of strain on my back from standing all day. After a month or two of appointments the difference was incredible. I live with little to no pain anymore and feel better all around. Hillary is also the sweetest and so accommodating. I would highly recommend Family First Chiropractic to anyone I know!!
