I wish I could give them -5 stars LITERALLY THE WORST HOTEL EVER!! Front desk lady is a lier, inconsiderate, and rude! You get 1 set of towels (rag and dry off towel) house keeping never comes by, I wipe down everything anytime I go to a hotel, I thought the chair was supposed to be dark brown or black, when I wiped the chair down the original color was tan🤮 nothing here is cleaned all the house keeping (which is one man that don't clean the rooms everyday) do is make up the beds and put "clean" towels out. TERRIBLE. THEN I FOUND OUT THEY GOT BED BUUUGGSSS🚫🚫🚫😒 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The worst place ever, filthy, blood splatter on wall in bathroom, room smelled horrible. House keeping never came around and there were no towels, had to go buy some towels. Health dept. needs to check this place out better.

There is a tenant that pays rent here , he is mentally unstable and has had multiple complaints yet they still allow him to stay at this hotel & sleep guest right next to his room . Me and my family were a victim of this man for 2 nights in a row we heard him screaming and banging on our walls threatening us thru the wall , the next morning we woke up he had slashed all 4 of my tires , cracked my windshield, & keyed the side of my car . The facility did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the incident & still allowed this man to stay there , I now have set out a lawsuit against this facility ! DO NOT COME

Bad bad bad!!!!! Front desk lady was yelling because I ask if beds were fully clean and free from bed bugs! She got bother by that I kept my kool and left! Never again will I step foot at this location!

WORSE service EVER. I booked a room and because of work I had to cancel my reservation so I went online to do and it wouldn't cancel to I called the front desk and the lady and the owner were yelling at me to quit bothering them that they were not gonna cancel nothing for me that I had to call booking when I never booked thru them. The owner legit said he was gonna call the cops on me because I called twice to ask about the canceling. Never again will i be doing business here. I had to call and cancel my credit. Watch out when you guys book here.

Called Heritage Inn now
We stay here occasionally, it's realy nice for less than $70/day during the week. Great location, clean, safe, polite staff, & really quiet for being so close to I-20. Need a better breakfast and wish they did a weekly discount.
