BUYER BEWARE: Never again!
The bottom color of the dress received is completely different than what is shown is pictured. The top color was only a shade off from what was pictured, while the bottom was 10+ shades off. Instead of out being a bright pink, it arrived a lavender pink. Seller would not budge in allowing for return, even though I sent them a picture showing them the major difference from what was advertised on their site. This was a case for bait and switch. I'm stuck with a dress that'll never be used. Money wasted.

I've been desperately searching for a first communion dress on short notice. After having multiple orders from other websites cancelled due to lack of inventory, I called Pink Princess. They were able to find the dress my daughter wanted in a similar size and shipped it out that day. It arrived the following afternoon and is perfect! Buyer beware, poor customer service. Purchased a Cinderella dress in advance of my daughter's birthday. She wore it for for a low-key party, and the dress tore within a few hours. Because I was over the 30 day return window, they did not offer any options for refund or exchange. Splurged $80 on this dress! Also, I attempted to review the poor dress quality online (in order to prevent others from making the same mistake), and my review was never posted to the website. This makes me suspicious that all the reviews were 5/5 stars.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The first time ever writing a review, but the rude "manager" got to me. I ordered a children's ice skating jacket through Amazon and it was fulfilled by Pink Princess. The jacket was made by Mondor, and I paid $125 for it. Loved the jacket, daughter tried it on once and then wore it to one skating practice during which the zipper came unraveled from the bottom and no longer could be zipped. For $125 it should at least last through 1 practice. Manager said since I admitted she wore it to practice, it was not able to be exchanged, she was extremely rude, accusatory

I ordered two flower girl dresses for my granddaughters to wear to a family wedding. They arrived on time and looked and fit well. I kept the dresses at my home in the bag for safekeeping until the wedding. However, upon arrival to the wedding ceremony a little over a month later, I noticed (before the ceremony even began) that one of the dresses was falling apart. The entire hem became detached as well as the waistline of the dress. Placed an order at 12:11 on a Friday and the three dresses arrived on Saturday. Just in time for a special event on Sunday. I didn't expect the dresses to get here that fast.
Everything was well packed. I knew the brand (Jerry's) because I had ordered before so I knew my size. Two of the dresses were on sale (expensive for a child's dress, but not too expensive for a special occasion dress for an adult).
If I had known where the physical store was, I would have been tempted to go there myself. This is my second order from Pink Princess.

This company has HORRIBLE customer service. I purchased a product linked though another website but fulfilled by Pink Princess. I wanted to return the product and because the third party site stated free shipping and free returns I didn't realize they had a different policy. It's not clear on the page where you purchase the item. You need to click another link to take you to the policy. I called to complain because they offer free shipping and free returns through their site and I was trying to get that same courtesy extended to me. I emailed back and forth with them for over a week,

Be careful ordering from here. I ordered shoes and they were to big so I returned them and reordered a smaller size. They also did not fit. I tried to return them however I had to pay for the return shipping because they already sent a pre-paid label in the past 30 days. Basically you will end up paying $15 extra if the size is not correct. Customer service doesn't care to help you either. It is hard to purchase stuff online and returning them should be easier and cost effective.

My daughter is a Flower Girl in my cousin's wedding. Unfortunately, I left the ordering till late, about 2 weeks before the wedding. Many online stores did not have the dress in stock, as the dress was recently discontinued. Luckily for me, Pink Princess had it. I placed the online order on Wednesday night, they shipped it on Thursday and I received it on Friday. Shipping was free too (I live in Los Angeles so the free ground shipping took one day :-) )!
